FullStack QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Be the active part of Scrum team
2. Do requirements analysis, manual and automated testing and releasing products
3. Develop test documentation (checklist, test cases, quality reports) for manual and automation testing
4. Automate test cases based on the existing framework.
5. Tech stack: Python + Selenium: PyTest/Behave (Gherkin);
6. Do functional and exploratory testing, including frontend, backend/api (mostly important focus), message queue, Execute all general types of testing.
7. Maintain and expand the automation testing framework
8. Participate in testing tools development (including Mocks)
9. Participate in quality processes architecture, estimations, test cases design
10. Participate in CI/CD process improvement
11. Coordinate your work with teammates and other QA
12. Evaluate product quality and influence on processes to improve quality assurance processes

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, manual and automation testing
2. Experience in functional/non-functional testing (greybox(backend + API), integration, UI, acceptance testing, exploratory testing)
3. Deep understanding of QA approaches, testing principles, testing types, zero bug policy, test pyramid approach, tests coverage distribution and other
4. Superb quality of test documentation
5. Great understanding and first-hand experience of Scrum principles and/or other agile frameworks
6. Excellent in understanding of the SDLC from requirements analysis, development, deployment to application monitoring
7. Proficiency in Python-based testing frameworks (pytest, behave, other)
8. Good knowledge of modern QA practices, technologies, and processes
9. Experience in working with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery systems
10. Experience with REST API/Message Queues testing
11. Good SQL skills
12. Experience with ELK, Sentry, other monitoring/alerting tools
13. Independence and proactivity
14. Great communication skills and teamwork
15. Ability to quickly learn new things
16. Good level of spoken and written English and Russian

Nice to have:

1. Experience in load/stress/performance testing
2. Experience with Kubernetes
3. Experience in Fintech, Blockchain or other complex domain with heavy business logic and integrations
