Fullstack engineer (P2P)

Now we are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer in our P2P team. P2P market within our custodial crypto wallet allows users to trade crypto for fiat with each others, relying on Wallet as a guarantor of the transaction. Our mission is to make P2P trading as simple and safe as possible.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Product Managers, clarifying and adjusting requirements, providing new ideas and enhancements.
2. Design & program cost-efficient solutions side-by-side with backend developers.
3. Write UI tests.
4. Work on improving frontend performance (abbreviations like FCP, TTFB should not scare you).
5. Adhering to the Pixel Perfect principle. Our designers make a great effort to make the Wallet interface as concise and understandable as possible, and we should help them with that.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience with TypeScript and React.
2. Proficiency in any c-like backend language (Kotlin or Java is a plus).
3. Expertise in building complex layouts with CSS (flex boxes, grids, logical properties).
4. Experience with modern browser technologies (web animations, prefetch/preload).
5. Understanding how browser and internet work (page rendering, communication with server, caching).
6. Strong UX and design sensibilities, and a desire to sweat the small stuff (pixel-perfect, progressive enhancement).
7. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.
8. Self-­awareness and a desire to continually improve.
9. Ability to evaluate task’s complexity realistically.
10. Willing to discuss and hear opposite point of view.
11. B2+ Level English.
