Middle Data/BI Analyst
We’re hiring a Data Analyst for our fintech team
Location: Limassol Office (Germasogeia)
We’re growing our analytics function and looking for a specialist who can turn data into insights.
You’ll work with large datasets, build ETL processes, automate reporting, and strengthen our BI infrastructure.
Plus, you’ll have the chance to grow into ML and AI projects.
What you’ll do:
✨ Analyze data & trends
✨ Develop and maintain ETL pipelines
✨ Automate reporting for multiple teams
✨ Create dashboards and visualizations that tell a story
✨ Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams on data-driven solutions
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 3+ years in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
✔️ 2+ years of Python for data processing & automation
✔️ Strong SQL skills
✔️ Experience with ETL pipelines
✔️ Tableau expertise for dashboards
Nice to have:
🔹 Knowledge of database architecture & columnar DBs (ClickHouse, Vertica)
🔹 Familiarity with ML, feature engineering & statistics
🔹 Experience in brokerage or financial services
