Digital Marketing Team Lead

Sharmax is an international company in the motorsports industry, offering high-quality equipment for adventures both on land and on water. From enduro motorcycles, ATVs, and buggies to jet skis, boats, and outboard motors — we have something for every thrill-seeker.

Our stores operate successfully in Oman, the UAE, and other countries worldwide, and now we are entering the Mexico market.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with deep knowledge of local Mexican market to join our international team!

Responsibilities:

• In-depth analysis of the local audience, preferences, and competitors to identify growth opportunities;

• Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the brand strategy;

• Launching and managing advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, local platforms) followed by analytics and optimization;

• Creating technical briefs for designers to produce creatives with offers that align with the marketing strategy;

• Organizing offline activities: participation in exhibitions, test drives, and events.

• Supporting and localizing visual content and creatives;

• Collecting and analyzing feedback from clients and trade partners;

• Working closely with representatives in other countries and the sales team in Mexico.

Requirements:

• Strategic and analytical thinking, ability to see the big picture and make data-driven decisions;

• Experience in marketing technical products / automotive / motorcycle segments will be a plus;

• Excellent knowledge of the Mexican market;

• Skills in launching, analyzing, and optimizing digital campaigns;

• Fluent English and Spanish languages, knowledge of Russian is preferred.
