As the Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will:

🔹 Manage a team of up to 5 individuals

🔹 Develop and implement effective Google Ads/Meta Ads strategies to enhance traffic, conversions, and ROI

🔹 Oversee campaign setup, management, and optimization, including keyword research and ad copy creation

🔹 Ensure precise tracking through Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads

🔹 Analyze performance metrics, derive insights, and enhance campaign effectiveness

🔹 Keep abreast of the latest Google Ads/Meta Ads updates, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

🔸 Fluency in English and Russian, additional languages are advantageous

🔸 Proven track record in managing and optimizing Google Ads/Meta Ads campaigns

🔸 Demonstrated experience in team management

🔸 Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking

🔸 Strong analytical abilities and expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

🔸 Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work autonomously
