DevOps Team (ATM Infrastructure)

Our team brings together development and operations to deliver a secure, stable, and scalable infrastructure supporting a large ATM network and its fintech services.

Challenges that await you:

• Build and enhance fintech services integrated with an existing AWS-based platform and internal Windows infrastructure.

• Manage Kubernetes clusters for efficient deployment and scaling of containerized backend services.

• Maintain and automate Windows environments (Windows Server, AD, GPO) and support secure software delivery to ATM devices.

• Use Terraform and other IaC tools to manage hybrid infrastructure (AWS + on-prem + Windows).

• Implement and configure service mesh solutions (e.g., Istio) to improve observability and traffic security.

• Automate CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD) for both Linux and Windows workloads.

• Monitor and troubleshoot distributed ATM and backend systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.

• Prepare and maintain Windows-based golden images for ATM devices.

• Manage vendor-specific ATM drivers, firmware

• Apply Windows and BIOS hardening practices tailored for ATM security.

• Automate Windows image lifecycle (updates, configuration, delivery to devices, installation scripts).

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role.
  Strong Windows expertise: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, PowerShell.

• Cloud experience (preferably AWS) and familiarity with hybrid infrastructures.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Ansible.

• Understanding of distributed systems and databases (Elasticsearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Experience with networking, VPNs, and secure communication between edge devices (ATMs).

• Scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash.

• Experience with Windows image management (WIM/DISM, Packer/DSC)

• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

Your bonus skills:

• Knowledge of ATM hardware specifics (vendor drivers, device firmware).

• Strong understanding of Windows and BIOS security hardening for edge devices
