Data Analyst
To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Data Analyst.
What you will be doing:
Analyzing product metrics; identifing anomalies or inefficiencies in the product.
Conducting player behavior analysis.
Running A/B tests and testing hypotheses.
Analyzing game economy.
Working with monetization, LiveOps, and content.
Managing dashboards and reports.
Providing insights for product decisions.
Collaborating closely with other teams.
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst / Game Analyst.
Marketing analytics background will be a plus.
Experience with A/B testing: hypothesis formulation, experiment design, results evaluation, interpretation.
SQL proficiency.
Experience using Python for data analysis; solid knowledge of pandas and related libraries.
Strong background in funnel analysis, retention, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, conversion, churn analysis.
Experience working with BI tools: Tableau / Power BI / Looker / DataLens / Superset (Tableau preferred).
Ability to independently draw insights and convert data into product recommendations.
Experience in mobile products or game development is a strong plus.
Russian - native or fluent (required).
