Creative Screenwriter

We are looking for a Creative Screenwriter to join our team working on the new project (3D mobile 4x strategy). 

What you’ll be doing

• Generate advertising concepts for video and playable ads from scratch, and develop hypotheses for creative iteration and scaling.

• Create scripts, storyboards, briefs, and technical specifications for creative production.

• Research competitors, market trends, references, and best practices to identify new creative opportunities.

• Coordinate production by assigning tasks to 3D artists and developers, and provide feedback throughout the production process.

• Collaborate with the UA team and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.

• Analyze creative performance, identify insights, and propose new testing hypotheses.

We hope that you have

• Experience creating scripts, concepts, or briefs for advertising videos, digital content, film, or TV.

• Understand the creative production process and animation fundamentals.

• Interested in the gaming industry and understand game mechanics and player motivation.

• Experience working with references and possess basic photo and video editing skills.

• Generate and test hypotheses, making data-driven decisions.

• Ability to take responsibility for the results and effectiveness of creatives.

• Clearly articulate ideas, objectives, and provide constructive feedback.

What will be a big plus:

• Experience in gaming marketing, including playable ads.

• Understanding key marketing metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS, etc.).

• Knowledge of the mobile gaming market and current trends in advertising creatives.

• Experience using AI tools for content creation and accelerating creative production.
