Copywriter (Researcher)

We’re Dreem — a fast-growing startup that helps entrepreneurs, top managers, IT experts obtain talent visas and relocate to their dream countries. Our approach blends a strong team, exceptional client support, and advanced technology.

We’re currently expanding and looking for two copywriter-researchers (junior and mid-level) to join us for a variety of client-focused projects.

Your Role:

• Write professional letters on behalf of clients, outlining their career paths and key achievements

• Work with diverse sources — including reports, presentations, and interview transcripts — to accurately convey clients’ experience

• Extract and structure key information from large datasets to produce concise, coherent, and logically organized texts

• Conduct open-source research in the client’s field when internal data is insufficient

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in roles such as copywriter, journalist, analyst, auditor, or project manager (strong skills in writing business texts or conducting interviews with professionals are essential)

• We also welcome entry-level lawyers, linguists, or students from top European universities

• Solid experience working with business topics; knowledge of the IT industry is essential

• English proficiency at the C1 level or higher

• Strong ability to structure information and work with large volumes of text and data

• Flexibility in writing style and the ability to adapt to different client tones of voice

• High attention to detail, initiative, and a sense of responsibility

What We Offer:

• $50 per letter

• Monthly earnings: $500–800 for junior-level, from $1,000 for mid-level

• Fully remote work — operate from anywhere in the world
