We’re looking for a BI Analyst to join our COO Office—a team responsible for ensuring the implementation of the company’s strategy and driving operational excellence across all functions. This role is perfect for someone ready to take on the challenge of shaping business review processes from scratch and creating impactful tools for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Dashboards: Build and manage a unified performance dashboard to provide actionable insights into the company’s key metrics.

• Support Operational Reporting: Design and implement reporting solutions for both short- and long-term planning to support efficient, data-driven decision-making in operations.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with operational stakeholders and the data analytics team to enhance reports and dashboards, enabling leadership to make informed daily decisions.

• Ensure Data Integrity: Monitor data consistency, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of all data sources.

• Data Methodology: Evaluate and improve methods for collecting data from various sources to streamline reporting and analysis.

• Define KPIs and Metrics: Lead workshops with key stakeholders to define key performance indicators, metrics, and identify process gaps.

Our expectations

• Experience. At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.

• Business Focus: A strong understanding of business operations and a results-oriented mindset.

• Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in Excel and BI tools. Strong SQL skills.

• Language Proficiency: English at B2 level or higher.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

• Soft Skills: Proactive, self-driven, and an excellent communicator.
