AI Solutions Builder

This role is ideal for someone who loves AI, thinks in systems, and enjoys building practical solutions that drive measurable impact.

You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable working with modern AI tools, experimenting quickly, and learning fast. We're looking for strong curiosity, basic coding ability, and real "vibe coding" experience.

You'll work directly with the executive and leadership teams to build AI-powered tools and knowledge systems that improve how the company operates and makes decisions. You'll join a small, high-impact team within the Office of the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for:

  • Sales pipeline analysis and customer intelligence

  • Internal knowledge management

  • Operational reporting and business insights

  •  Executive decision support

• Work with structured and unstructured data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG

•  Build and maintain AI agents that combine semantic and keyword search across internal knowledge bases, meeting transcripts, and CRM data

• Manage infrastructure for AI services, with support from DevOps

• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions

• Help drive AI adoption and AI-first thinking across the organization

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies

• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Cline, or similar

• Basic coding skills (Python), or strong motivation to learn quickly

• Comfortable with the command line, basic Linux administration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)

• Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to turn business needs into practical AI tools

• English and Russian proficiency required
