We are seeking a Product-Oriented AI Builder — a Senior specialist (Product Manager / Tech Lead / Fullstack) capable of owning a product from concept to a working solution.

The main differentiator of this role: you must be able to execute tasks hands-on using AI tools. While you will work as part of a team, you are expected to independently manage the complete lifecycle of a feature.

Product & Delivery (No unnecessary bureaucracy)

Requirements gathering & validation: Communicating with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and translating them into product solutions.

Autonomy within a team: Ability to independently build a prototype and take it to production, acting as a full-fledged execution unit within a larger team.

Understanding of product metrics (conversion, retention) and focus on business outcomes, not on perfect processes for the sake of processes.

AI-First Development (Strictly required)

Hands-on experience building real projects / MVPs using Cursor and Claude Code.

Ability to effectively prompt AI (prompt engineering, using predefined skills) and maintain context for complex tasks.

Ability to turn generated code into a working state using AI assistants — not just copying random snippets from a chat.

Technical Foundation (Systems Thinking)

Experience working with engineering teams (5–10 years) sufficient to understand the fundamental principles of the development lifecycle.

Clear system-level understanding of how modern web applications work: the difference between frontend and backend, how APIs, databases, and client-server architecture function.

Ability to write or read code manually is not required — the key is understanding how system components interact at a high level.

Communication & Culture

English: C1 (required). Confident communication with clients and presentation of completed solutions.

Hands-on approach: willingness to dive deep into product implementation details.

Ability to work in uncertain conditions and quickly validate hypotheses.

Key Selection Criterion

The candidate must have hands-on experience building MVPs or working features using AI tools — not just using ChatGPT for text, but end-to-end generation of working applications.
