AI Product Lead

We are building the next generation of QA — AI-powered solutions for automated game testing. We are looking for an AI Product Lead to lead the development of an AI-first platform for game testing.

Responsibilities:

As AI Product Lead (Game QA), you will:

• Define the vision and roadmap for our AI-powered game QA platform.

• Identify high-impact use cases where AI can improve testing efficiency.

• Drive the product from MVP to full-scale platform, balancing speed with quality.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.

• Design the architecture of AI testing agents, including game interaction, decision-making, and bug detection.

• Define the data strategy: what data to collect, how to structure it, and how to use it for AI training and testing.

• Work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation tools to implement solutions.

• Ensure the product is scalable, maintainable, and able to deliver measurable improvements in QA processes.

Professional Skills:

Must-have:

• Proven experience with AI agents or LLMs in practical projects.

• Strong background in automation systems or QA automation.

• Product mindset: ability to prioritize, make decisions, and deliver results quickly.

• Ability to ship fast without overengineering — focus on delivering MVP and iterating.

• Proficiency in Python for AI development.

• Experience using Claude Code for AI agent orchestration and coding acceleration.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with computer vision and reinforcement learning.

• Background in game development or QA testing on any platform.

• Familiarity with building AI solutions for real-world applications.
