As a platform with a fast-growing subscription-based product (Web2.0 SaaS + Web3 features), we’re now expanding our affiliate and partnership program — and we’re looking for a strong Affiliate Manager to lead this growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Develop and grow our affiliate program by working with influencers, communities, and media outlets;
2. Conduct Custdev interviews and discover pain points of current/potential partners;
3. Promote CryptoRank’s subscription model by clearly communicating its value and core features (DropHunting, Venture tracking, Deal flow, Arbitrage and much more);
4. Identify, pitch, and onboard Web3-native influencers, bloggers, and ambassadors;
5. Own the full partner lifecycle — outreach, negotiation, onboarding, tracking, reporting;
6. Systematize partnership operations, track performance data, and iterate on performance (CPL, CPA, RevShare models);
7. Suggest hypotheses, test messaging, and help shape the ambassador program as a strong acquisition channel.

Requirements:

Soft Skills:

1. Self-driven: knows who to talk to, how to find them, and what to offer;
2. Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling;
3. Ability to adapt your pitch — from top-tier influencers to niche media;
4. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, excellent time and task management;
5. Able to interpret data and draw actionable insights;

Hard Skills:

1. Deep understanding of affiliate mechanics — CPL, CPA, LTV, RevShare, hybrid;
2. At least 2 years of experience in crypto or similar verticals (DeFi, Web3, Analytics tools, iGaming);
3. Existing base of influencer/media connections in Crypto (Telegram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.);
4. Fluent in English (B2 or higher), strong written and verbal skills;
5. Native understanding of crypto culture and ecosystems, ideally including DeFi, tokens, VC deals.
