2D Animator

We are looking for an experienced 2D Animator to join our team of talented professionals working on our flagship project, Hero Wars: Dominion Era. You will be responsible for the full animation production cycle in Spine and Unity – from asset preparation and rigging to character and prop animation.

What you’ll be doing

• Handling the full animation pipeline in Spine (exporting assets from Photoshop, rigging, character and prop animation, Spine project optimization)

• Creating visual effects in Spine and Unity

• Mentoring junior and mid-level animators, and contributing to documentation

• Working on technical tasks related to character animation, including optimizing characters and effects for the game engine

We hope that you have

• Deep expertise in Spine: skeletal animation, effects, mesh deformation, skinning, and texture atlas optimization

• Strong understanding of the 12 Principles of Animation

• Solid experience with Unity, including VFX and animation workflows

• Ability to work independently and propose effective solutions to a variety of challenges

• 2–3+ years of experience working on game projects

Nice to have

• Experience working on complex projects with unconventional technical architectures

• Experience creating UI animations
