UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our cryptocurrency payment processing platform.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences: research user needs, build scenarios, create wireframes, UX flows, and high-fidelity mockups

• Shape product strategy: collaborate with product managers, influence decisions through design, and document feature logic

• Work closely with developers: hand off mockups, support implementation, and conduct design reviews

• Contribute to and evolve our design system: maintain a consistent visual language (including Storybook components)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Proven experience designing B2B products, ideally in payments or financial services

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for both web and mobile platforms

• Experience working with complex admin panels or internal tools is a plus

• Strong understanding of design systems; hands-on experience is a strong advantage

• Proficiency in Figma

• Ability to analyse information, build and test hypotheses (including user interviews and the use of analytics/web views)

• Desire to build a product you can genuinely be proud of

• Initiative and willingness to propose ideas to improve the product

• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes

• English level: B2 or higher; Fluent Russian
