Product Designer

We are looking for a versatile Designer to join the Web Development team. You will bridge the gap between high-converting marketing pages and complex, data-heavy fintech interfaces. You must balance aesthetic excellence with a deep understanding of UX and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Create and maintain design systems and layouts for all company web products (main site, crypto-portal, and account dashboards).

• Architecture & UX Research: Design user flows and information architecture from scratch. Conduct technical assessments of design feasibility in collaboration with developers.

• Visual Excellence: Produce high-quality, professional UI designs and professional-grade layouts that align with our brand identity.

• Design Systems & R&D: Develop and scale our internal Design System (Figma). Research (R&D) new design trends, tools, and interaction patterns to keep our products cutting-edge.

• Planning & Deconstruction: Participate in sprint and quarterly planning. Break down complex design concepts into manageable implementation phases for the engineering team.

• Quality Control & Review: Conduct "design reviews" of implemented features to ensure pixel-perfect alignment with the original mockups.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and the Team Lead to translate business goals into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• AI-Native Skills

• Generative UI/UX: Proficiency in AI tools (Figma AI, Galileo, Relume) for rapid wireframing and concept iteration.

• Asset Generation: Mastery of generative engines (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Firefly) for unique iconography and graphics.

• Prototyping with AI: Using AI to transform static mockups into functional prototypes with realistic data and copy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Web or Product Designer (FinTech, Crypto, or high-end Agency experience is a plus).

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layouts, variables).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both marketing web design and complex dashboard/UI systems.

• Nice to have understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and constraints (you don't need to code, but you must know how it works).

• Proven experience in designing and maintaining scalable Design Systems.

• Ability to estimate design efforts and meet deadlines in an agile environment.

• Deep knowledge of typography, composition, and UX psychology.

• Proficiency in Jira/Confluence for task management.
