About Us

Unigox is a next-generation P2P platform connecting fiat and crypto. Founded by Paxful's ex-co-founder. We automate exchanges using ZK-TLS technology: payments are verified instantly and privately, no screenshots or manual checks.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking full ownership of mobile app design (iOS/Android) — from strategy to final pixels

• Designing complex user flows for financial operations (P2P exchange, wallet, onramp/offramp)

• Building and maintaining design system from scratch

• Working closely with developers — explaining, controlling implementation, achieving results

• Identifying UX problems independently and solving them without waiting for a task

• Setting up design processes in the team where they don't exist yet

Requirements:

• 4+ years in product/UI/UX design, specifically focused on mobile applications

• Portfolio with live products (not concepts) — preferably fintech, crypto, payments

• Understanding of financial product specifics: how users interact with money, where friction occurs

• Experience building and maintaining design systems

• Experience working with designers in a team — setting tasks, giving feedback, building process

• iOS (HIG) and Android (Material Design) guidelines knowledge

• Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variables)

• Can work independently without micromanagement

• Excellent English (written and spoken)

You'll stand out if you have:

• Experience in crypto or Web3 products

• Understanding of Africa, India, or Latin America markets (our main audience)

• Experience in early-stage startups

• Basic understanding of how P2P payments work

• Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)

• UX research and custdev skills
