About the role

We are actively developing our AI-driven creative production and are looking for an AI Motion Designer to join the team. You will help us leverage artificial intelligence to create high-performing ad creatives, experiment with new tools, and contribute to the growth of our AI marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated video content for UA tests and ad campaigns in 2D and 3D styles
• Produce 2D ad creatives for UA tests
• Refine AI-generated assets and get them ready for ad campaigns
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new creative concepts
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Producer, senior AI Motion Designer, and marketing team
• Experiment with new AI tools, techniques, and approaches

Requirements

• Experience working with game ad creatives (mobile games)
• Practical experience using AI tools for image and video generation
• Strong After Effects skills (precompositions, plugins, and workflow knowledge)
• Solid understanding of animation principles, composition, lighting, and color
• Ability to work with references, adapt to styles, and iterate creatives quickly
• Initiative and desire to grow the AI direction

Nice to have:

• Experience creating creatives for casual/midcore games
• Understanding of A/B testing and ad performance metrics
• Skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
