Middle System Analyst

We are looking for a Middle System Analyst to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities

• Integration documentation: studying APIs of payment providers, initial testing of API endpoints, preparing mappings, documenting integrations, and communicating with providers and clients
• Creating tasks for the core team when integrations require changes to the system’s core logic
• Preparing technical documentation and task descriptions for the development team
• Participating in analytical problem-solving and designing architectural solutions
• Collaborating with the support team (account managers and technical support): providing task status updates, assisting with method setup, and helping investigate production issues
• Working closely with development, QA, product, and design teams

Requirements

• Key competencies:
• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst
• 1.5+ years of experience working on integrations
• Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies and tools, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas using diagrams
• Experience documenting system integrations
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Ability to independently gather information for tasks and research
• Understanding of client-server architecture principles
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• English proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation

Would be a plus:

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience in fintech projects (specifically internet acquiring, payment processing)
• Experience in projects in the international market
• Understanding of UX/UI basics
