We’re hiring Merchant Support Specialist. Join Fintech and help support merchants using our global payment solutions.

📍 Remote | Shift-Based (24/7 coverage, including nights, weekends & holidays)

What you’ll do:

  • Provide 24/7 merchant support via email, chat, and internal systems

  • Handle payment issues, technical questions, disputes & chargebacks

  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams (Tech, Risk, Compliance, Finance)

  • Monitor payment activity and identify potential issues

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with merchants

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in support / customer service (payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS preferred)

  • English + Russian fluency (written and spoken)

  • Understanding of online payment systems

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
