Link Builder Specialist (Junior)

Web Design Sun is a software development company founded in 2012. We have been fully remote since day one, building international products in Web & Cloud Applications, SaaS, CRM/ERP, and E-commerce domains. We collaborate with clients from the US and Europe and consistently rank highly on Clutch, GoodFirms, and Upwork.

We are looking for a Link Builder Specialist who will help us grow our projects’ backlink profiles by identifying new opportunities and working with data to support SEO growth.

📍 Location: Candidates must be based outside Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus

Requirements:

• 0.5+ years of experience in link building or SEO research

• Ability to analyze competitors’ backlink profiles and identify link-building opportunities

• Experience in evaluating website quality (relevance, basic SEO metrics)

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar

• Experience working with spreadsheets and large datasets (Google Sheets / Excel): structuring, filtering, and basic analysis

• Ability to work systematically with large volumes of data and track processes

• English level B2 or higher (for written communication)

Nice to have:

• Understanding of SEO and link-building fundamentals (anchors, relevance, link quality)

• Familiarity with common link-building methods (guest posting, outreach, crowd marketing)

• Experience placing links on different platforms (blogs, forums, Q&A websites)

• Basic experience with CMS, HTML editors, or tools like Google Search Console

Responsibilities:

• Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles and collect lists of potential websites for link placement

• Research and identify new link-building opportunities

• Evaluate website quality using SEO metrics

• Build, structure, and maintain databases of websites (including cleaning, deduplication, and updates)

• Place links on various platforms as part of the overall process

• Collaborate with an SEO specialist to improve link-building strategy
