Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of on-chain and off-chain data

• Creation and automation of analytical services, ML models and AI agents

• Participation in the creation of the AI agents ecosystem (up to 30% of working time)

• Conducting research and sharing newest knowledge with team member

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DS/ML, with a focus on classic ML (min 3 years as a Senior/Lead Data Scientist)

• Strong knowledge of math statistics and machine learning

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets and effectively visualize data

• Knowledge of development principles: OOP, SOLID

• Proven experience with tech stack: Python: numpy, pandas, pydantic; SQL; ML: TensorFlow/PyTorch, scikit-learn; MLOps: Airflow, MLflow; containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes; version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience in conducting technical interviews, participating in onboarding/mentoring new employees

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• Intermediate English for communication in the international team

• Familiar with the principles of Blockchain technology

• Domain expertise in fintech/DeFi

• Experience with NLP: LLM, NLU, Langchain, RAG
