Influencer Marketing Manager

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead awareness- and performance-driven influencer campaigns, as well as special projects across multiple regions.

We’re seeking someone who views influencer marketing as a business growth channel, makes data-driven decisions, and is comfortable working cross-functionally.

Tasks:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer projects, from ideation to publication and post-campaign analysis, across LATAM, Asia, and MENA;

• Manage campaign budgets;

• Identify new influencer niches, emerging creators, and innovative content formats that can unlock growth;

• Analyze campaigns performance using data-driven approach;

• Coordinate with internal Paid Acquisition, SMM, Affiliate Teams; 

• Build hypotheses and run structured testing;

• Identify growth opportunities and scale successful approaches.

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing;

• Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and special projects;

• Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights for business;

• Understanding of performance metrics and business impact;

• Experience working with at least one analytics or attribution tool (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Metabase, or similar);

• Experience working across multiple regions and markets is a plus;

• Strong negotiation and communication skills;

• Russian C1+, English B1+.

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech, trading, iGaming, or other complex/regulated industries;

• Agency experience or existing agency/influencer network;

• Experience launching influencer-led special projects or offline events;
