HR BP (consulting)

Full-time; office, Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to consulting practice leaders, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.

  • Support the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, career development, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Work closely with partners and managers to design and implement people strategies that strengthen engagement, retention, and team performance.

  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and career progression.

  • Contribute to workforce planning and succession management for consulting teams.

  • Develop and deliver HR initiatives in learning & development, leadership programs, and talent management.

  • Analyze HR and business metrics (turnover, utilization rates, billable hours, and employee engagement) to identify trends and recommend solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and professional services standards.

  • Facilitate change management processes in a dynamic, project-based consulting environment.

  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting company values and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR BP, HR manager, or similar role, preferably in consulting, professional services, or project-based organizations.

  • Solid knowledge of HR processes: performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, organizational development.

  • Proven track record of partnering with leadership and influencing stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics to drive decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with consultants, managers, and partners.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in international consulting firms or multi-country operations.

  • Knowledge of HR systems (ATS, HRIS, HR analytics tools).

  • Background in change management or organizational development projects.
