Game Balance Designer (Pocket Sort)

We are looking for a Game Balance Designer with 3+ years of experience to further develop Pocket Sort (iOS/Android) from a balancing and economic perspective because we see here opportunities for further project growth.

Responsibilities

• The development and maintenance of game balance and economics.

• Quality control of balance.

• Work with game monetization.

• Work with remote configs.

• Work with game analytics (analysis of player behavior, analysis and monitoring of metrics, creation and setup of A/B tests, proposals for testing hypotheses, etc.).

• Participating in the design, development, and maintenance of features.

• Developing, updating, and maintaining game documentation, as well as creating guides and instructions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a GD Generalist with expertise in balance.

• Experience in game balance and economy tuning.

• Experience creating game documentation (ability to write technical documentation for features, ability to accurately maintain calculation and balance tables).

• Advanced knowledge and use of Google Sheets (knowledge of other tools is a plus).

• Mathematical and analytical mindset (strong math skills: functions, graphs, building mathematical models).

• Experience with games of various genres.

• Extensive gaming experience and a passion for mobile games; staying up-to-date on the state of the mobile industry and gaming industry trends.
