Fullstack QA Engineer [WFM]

We’re building a next-generation WFM system from scratch that directly impacts both operational efficiency and team morale. At its core lies the inherently NP-complete problem of scheduling, which drives the need for non-trivial solutions and creates a meaningful engineering challenge across both development and testing. We take an AI-first approach, enabling rapid prototyping, continuous experimentation, and minimizing routine work. Challenges that await you:

• Functional acceptance, exploratory, regression, and smoke testing of web applications

• Design, implementation, and execution of the full software testing lifecycle

• Development and maintenance of test documentation

• Integration testing between backend and frontend, backend testing

• Acceptance, regression, and smoke testing (both automated and manual)

• Identification, localization, and reporting of defects using a bug tracking system

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience and understanding in backend testing (REST/gRPC);

• Experience and understanding in Web UI testing;

• Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation

• Experience working with Git or other version control systems

• Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests

• Experience working with CI/CD tools

• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.

Your bonus skills:

• Experience working with gRPC and Protocol Buffers (Protobuf)

• Experience using modern AI tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots) to boost development productivity and experimentation

• Experience working with Kafka
