Full-Stack Engineer (React Native, Python)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of a health tech platform for biomarker tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the mobile application using React Native

• Build and optimize the FastAPI backend to handle health data processing

• Implement automated data extraction from lab reports using Vision APIs and OCR

• Architect and manage PostgreSQL databases for secure health record storage

• Integrate external services including Stripe, ShipStation, and SendGrid

• Own the full deployment pipeline and ship an MVP quickly

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on mobile applications and backend systems

• React Native: Strong experience building and maintaining cross-platform applications

• Python (FastAPI): Solid experience developing REST APIs and backend services with a focus on performance and scalability

• PostgreSQL: Proficiency in database schema design, complex queries, and migrations

• AI-Assisted Development: Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Dev, or similar) to improve development speed, code quality, and refactoring processes

• Figma to Code: Experience translating design mockups into responsive, high-quality user interfaces

• Third-Party Integrations: Practical experience integrating external services such as Stripe, ShipStation, SendGrid, Firebase, or similar platforms

• Languages: English Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate (B1-B2); RussianUpper-Intermediate (B2)

• Work Format: Full-time

• Location: any, except Russia and Belarus

• Experience with OCR, Google Cloud Vision API, or Vision-Language Models (VLMs)

• Experience with HTML-to-PDF or similar report generation libraries

• Experience managing releases on the App Store and Google Play

• Domain Expertise: Background in Health Tech, Biotech, or subscription-based mobile products
