We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team core team.

Responsibilities

  • Solution requirements elicitation, systematization, and formalization (User story, Use cases, Acceptance Criteria, business process diagrams);

  • Requirements lifecycle management (processing change requests, analyzing and describing the impact on existing requirements, maintaining requirements);

  • Constant interaction with the development team, business departments, and other stakeholders throughout the task implementation process;

  • Verification of compliance of the developed functionality with the initial business requirements and the generated solution requirements;

  • Active communication with the product manager and product designer in the new functionality design process;

  • Participation in product and internal processes development, preparing proposals for improvements;

  • Maintaining clear and up-to-date product documentation and requirements knowledge base;

  • Documenting existing processes in their current (AS IS) state.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst;

  • Understanding of and ability to describe User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Use Cases;

  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

It can be a plus:

  • Analytical mindset: ability to keep the big picture while paying attention to details;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills: ability to find common ground and build productive relationships;

  • Fast learner, ready to dive into new processes and handle associated challenges;

  • Experience with business process modeling (BPMN, UML, or similar);

  • Understanding of product management basics and product metrics.
