Product Manager (Esti)

Esti (https://esti.app/) is a leading aesthetic photo editing app on a mission to become the #1 player in the market. To achieve this, we are looking for a proactive and data-driven Product Manager who will drive growth through rigorous experimentation and deep user understanding.

Responsibilities

• Monetization & Experiments: Own ARPU growth: launch features that boost subscription revenue.
• Run a continuous test cycle (paywall, pricing, onboarding).
• Design targeted onboarding paths using segmentation.
• Prioritize tests by impact × complexity.
• UA – align product changes with marketing metrics (CPI, CTR, CPM).
• Analyze competitors → adapt their best tricks.
• Maintain clear backlog, test results, and insights.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of A/B test design: hypothesis formulation, correct sample size calculation, and stopping rules.
• Experience in analyzing user funnels to understand key journeys (activation → engagement → purchase).
• Ability to prioritize product features based on their estimated impact on core business metrics (ARPU).
• Understanding of how product changes affect key UA metrics (CPI, ROAS).
• Proven ability to work closely with designers, including writing clear briefs and iterating efficiently on design solutions for testing.
