About Calo (more here)Calo is an app providing personalized meal plans for busy people through nutritional algorithms, built with love by chefs, nutritionists, and software engineers.Launched in Bahrain in 2019, we have since expanded to 7 countries, delivered millions of meals to our customers, and are now expanding our mission of making healthy easy to retail and other verticals.

Role Summary
Calo is seeking a commercially mature, systems-driven Head of Growth to architect and scale a unified Growth Operating System across all markets. This role is responsible for end-to-end growth performance across all Mountain Peaks (MPs), owning performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, SEO, CRO, and building a dedicated growth analytics function. The Head of Growth will transition Calo away from a media-buying-led performance organization to an incrementality-driven, commercially disciplined growth engine grounded in contribution margin, payback modeling, and long-term value creation. This is a strategic builder role, not a channel operator position.
