Marketing Manager (FB, Inst, TikTok)

Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities

• Your primary and immediate mission is to drive the success of the Shalmafestival on December 27th. You'll take full control of our social media and paid advertising strategies to build buzz and drive results. We will help.

• Lead our social media channels (FB, Insta, TikTok)

• Manage relationships and campaigns with content creators, influencers, marketing agencies, and traditional media outlets (radio, news).

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media and Google.

• Oversee the preparation and rollout of offline marketing materials, including metro wraps and billboards.

• Effectively coordinate with our internal team of content creators and designers to produce high-quality marketing assets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the marketing field.

• You are highly proficient in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads are ****a strong plus.

• English language proficiency sufficient for professional communication.

• You are a natural coordinator and manager.
