Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in fintech. In this role, you will focus on product marketing, content strategy, SEO, social media marketing (SMM) and product branding to drive awareness, engagement, and growth across PayDo’s target markets.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in B2B marketing
Experience in fintech or with online payments. You understand how transactions and payment flows work
Experience launching multichannel campaigns across social, email, paid ads, and other channels at the same time
Cases in product positioning and messaging
Strong content creation skills. You can write, brief, and review texts, visuals, and scripts
English C1. You work in English daily: meetings, docs, copy
Experience working with data. You use analytics to make decisions, not just to report numbers
Experience managing paid advertising in Meta, Google, or similar platforms
Strong project management skills. You can handle several things at once and meet deadlines
Nice to have
Knowledge of high-risk or regulated industries
Experience contributing to product launches end to end
Experience with marketing automation tools
Knowledge of influencer or affiliate marketing
Experience working with external agencies or freelancers: designers, copywriters, media buyers
What you will do
Plan and run multichannel campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, influencers, and partnerships
Own product and subproducts launches end to end: messaging, visuals, channel plan, internal briefing
Build and maintain analytics dashboards. Set up tracking, monitor key metrics, share conclusions with the team
Manage content production. Brief creators, review output, make sure everything matches the brand
Run competitor and market analysis. Track what others are doing, find gaps, bring ideas to the table
Manage the marketing budget. Plan spend, track results, optimize
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external partners. Give clear briefs, review work, keep timelines
Collect feedback from sales and customers
