About Dwelly

Dwelly — a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform, that is growing through a roll-up strategy acquiring estate agencies. The company leverages two arms: i) acquiring existing letting agencies, effectively buying its highly sticky, recurring revenue-type landlords portfolios, and then ii) building a top-notch technology to automate tenant management, payments, and post-rental property maintenance. The company seamlessly integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick-and-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech-enabled digital letting platform in two months to radically improve the user experiences and increase efficiency of the business.

We’re a fast-growing, product-focused company, backed by top-tier investors and led by a team with deep experience in real estate, technology, and operations.

Position summary

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution across our growing portfolio of agency brands. This is a highly hands-on role with a strong operational focus — ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, moving quickly, and bringing structure and consistency across multiple brands, with success defined by establishing consistent monthly content and communications cadences, improving engagement across landlord communications, and building scalable systems that support future acquisitions and growth.

You’ll support landlord and tenant communications, email marketing, content production, website updates, and marketing operations across 8 agency brands, while helping standardise processes and scale marketing efforts efficiently as the business continues to grow through acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

Content & Brand

  • Plan and produce content across multiple agency brands, including social media, blogs, lead magnets, and regulatory updates

  • Maintain brand consistency through shared templates, systems, and processes

  • Adapt content to local markets while preserving scalability and efficiency

  • Support visual production using Figma and Canva

Landlord & Tenant Communications

  • Manage monthly landlord newsletters, regulatory updates, and platform announcements

  • Build and maintain Mailchimp campaigns, audience segmentation, and nurture journeys

  • Coordinate tenant-facing communications across the portfolio

Digital Presence

  • Manage website content updates and support template rollouts in collaboration with design and development teams

  • Support SEO-driven content initiatives and on-page optimisation

  • Build and maintain lead capture pages

Marketing Operations

  • Use Zapier and AI tools to scale content production and operational workflows

  • Maintain organised asset libraries, templates, and internal documentation

  • Track and report on campaign and email performance metrics

Growth Support

  • Support paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn alongside internal stakeholders or external agencies

  • Assist with audience targeting, creative production, and nurture flows

Qualifications and Preferred Background

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) — comfortable communicating with British stakeholders

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or operational support roles within fast-paced environments (startup experience is a plus)

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, on-brand content quickly

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and fast-changing priorities with strong judgment and execution

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills; able to operate effectively with imperfect information and move work forward independently

  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Figma, Zapier, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI tools such as ChatGPT

  • Comfortable using AI tools to scale workflows and improve efficiency

  • Experience supporting multiple brands, clients, or product lines simultaneously

  • Process-driven, adaptable, and self-managing

  • Must have significant overlap with UK working hours (minimum 4–6 hours per day)

Preferred

  • Property, prop-tech, or estate agency background

  • Working knowledge of SEO and CMS platforms

  • Meta Ads or paid social experience

Compensation and benefits

  • Competitive compensation (based on experience)

  • Remote-first setup with a high-trust culture and flexible workload
