About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Specialist, Affiliate & Influencers to join our team and lead our expansion in the Spanish market. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who is eager to manage complex external partnerships and drive user acquisition while maintaining a high-impact, operational mindset across all performance marketing channels.

You will join a high-performance team where you will be expected to manage everything from strategic negotiations to technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

Influencer and Affiliates Marketing

  • Primary focus will be defining, optimizing and executing our Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy, ensuring total alignment with our business goals and local market nuances.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Spanish Affiliate and Influencer network, including pipeline building, relationship management, negotiation, and performance optimization.

  • Conduct data-driven research and analysis to support decision-making and provide the insights needed to scale channel performance. This includes deep dive analysis on acquisition rates, costs, profitability, product penetration and long term retention.

  • Own the reporting of channel performance, key insights, and strategic plans during weekly and monthly growth steering meetings.

  • Help define and improve marketing processes related to partnership tracking, attribution, and payout/budgeting for the Spanish market.

  • Ensure content compliance and internal rules and controls processing.

Growth Marketing

  • Identify and execute ad-hoc growth initiatives to drive user and revenue growth.

  • Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic business partners to expand reach and acquire new audiences.

  • Plan and coordinate offline growth initiatives, including traditional media placements, displays, and event activations.

  • Lead social media collaborations with key partners to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Coordinate content creation with external subject-matter experts and speakers to build public brand awareness and thought leadership.

  • Proactively identify and execute new growth opportunities and experimental initiatives that support overall marketing and business objectives.

What you need to be successful:

The Foundation:

  • +5 years of experience within high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles, demonstrating a resourceful and versatile marketing background.

Specialized Experience:

  • At least 2 years of direct experience managing Affiliate and Influencer Marketing programs.

Market Mastery:

  • A proven track record of independently building and scaling new partner relationships specifically within the Spanish market.

Data Excellence:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) to audit partner performance and attribution models.

Commercial Grit:

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and structure diverse commercial deals, including CPA, CPL, fee structures, and commission tiers.

Linguistic Fluency:

  • Professional fluency in Spanish is required; fluency in English is essential for collaboration with our international team.

The "Plus":

  • Experience in fintech or banking is a significant advantage.

Skills:

  • Partner Management: Proven ability to build, maintain, and scale relationships with external partners, including affiliates, agencies, and influencers.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to work with data, track KPIs, and extract actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable partnership initiatives within a local market context.

  • Operational & Independent Problem-Solver: A highly operational mindset with the ability to proactively diagnose and solve day-to-day issues like tracking discrepancies or conversion funnel blocks.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and partner contracts simultaneously.
