Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid or remote)

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Growth Marketing Manager for Professional electronics manufacturer, you will lead, plan, and launch marketing campaigns aimed at increasing user acquisition on our e-commerce platforms. While your primary focus will be on paid acquisition, you’ll also experiment with and develop strategies across various online channels, including email marketing, SEO, and CRO.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing.

• Proven experience in paid campaign management (Meta, Google Ads).

• Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.

• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.

• Ability to develop and execute marketing experiments.

• Holistic understanding of customer journeys.

• Strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

• Curiosity and a desire to understand products and customers.
