GM, International Partnerships

We are looking for a GM, International Partnerships to drive our global B2B partnerships.

A bit of context on Higgsfield: we crossed $300M+ run-rate in 11 months and raised a $130M Series A. B2B is one of the fastest growing parts of our business right now, and I need someone to take full ownership of it internationally.

Background we're looking for: IB, top consulting, or leading tech companies. Proven experience closing complex B2B deals in SaaS or AI. Someone who can operate in ambiguity and move fast.

What you'll own:

• Full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to closing international deals

• Multi-million dollar revenue targets

• C-level and founder relationships across key market

• Building the partnerships team and processes from 0 to 1

• Cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and Leadership

• Is deeply customer-facing and comfortable owning high-stakes revenue conversations.

• Can translate complex AI products into clear business value.

• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.

• Builds trust quickly with executives, founders, and enterprise stakeholders.

Your must-haves

(You don’t need to meet every requirement — strong candidates often over-index in a few areas.)

• Top-tier background: Investment Banking (IB), top consulting firms, or leading tech companies.

• Proven experience in B2B partnerships / sales / business development, ideally in SaaS or AI.

• Strong track record of closing and scaling multi-million dollar deals.

• Experience working with international markets.

• Exceptional negotiation, structuring, and storytelling skills.

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Ability to build and scale processes from 0→1.

• Fluent English and Russian (required).

• Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a strong plus.
