Community Manager

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to join the Hero Wars Alliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and supporting our player community, maintaining healthy communication between players and the development team, and helping creators and passionate fans become active advocates of the game. You will work closely with Product, LiveOps, Marketing, Support, and Development teams to ensure our community remains engaged, informed, and excited about the game.

What you'll be doing

• Community Management

• Managing and moderating community channels on Discord, social media platforms, and other community spaces

• Maintaining a positive community atmosphere and consistent brand voice

• Publishing announcements, patch notes, and news updates while adapting product messaging for player audiences

• Collecting, organizing, and communicating player feedback and sentiment to product and development teams

• Monitoring community sentiment and identifying emerging issues before they escalate

• Participating in incident management and crisis communications following established communication guidelines

• Organizing and running community activities such as contests, events, AMAs, and engagement campaigns

• Preparing regular reports and analyzing key community metrics

• Creator & UGC Program

• Supporting and developing the creator program, including creator onboarding and relationship management

• Segmenting creators and maintaining creator databases and operational processes

• Providing creators with assets, game information, access codes, and campaign support

• Planning and coordinating creator campaigns around game releases and major updates

• Tracking creator performance and evaluating campaign effectiveness

• Encouraging and amplifying high-quality user-generated content

• Gathering product feedback from creators as one of the most engaged audience segments

We hope that you

• Have 2–3+ years of Community Management experience, preferably in gaming, mobile games, or live-service products

• Possess excellent written communication skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice

• Have hands-on experience managing Discord communities and major social media platforms

• Can analyze community metrics and turn data into actionable insights

• Are comfortable handling negative feedback and navigating challenging community situations professionally

• Know how to create engaging, informative, and player-focused content

• Have a strong understanding of the gaming industry, player behavior, and current community and social media trends

• Have experience using AI-powered tools to improve workflows and increase efficiency

• Are fluent in Russian and have at least B2-level English proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience managing creator, influencer, ambassador, or content creator programs

• Experience working with user-generated content initiatives

• Experience in mobile gaming or live-service game environments
