Unity Developer

We are looking for a Unity Developer to join our team working on the new project (3D mobile 4x strategy).  

This is an opportunity to become part of the project from an early stage and contribute to building core gameplay systems, shaping technical solutions, and bringing new features from idea to release.

You will work in a cross-functional team together with game designers, producers, backend developers, and other specialists. We are looking for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, takes ownership of technical decisions, and is comfortable working in an environment where solutions are not always fully defined upfront.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and develop new gameplay systems and features for a large-scale 4X mobile strategy game

• Take ownership of technical solutions — from understanding requirements to choosing the right implementation approach

• Build and improve client-side architecture and integrate new functionality into existing systems

• Collaborate closely with game designers and other disciplines to iterate quickly and improve the product

• Work with backend services and client-server interactions

• Participate in improving development processes, tools, and infrastructure when needed

• Optimize and polish features to ensure a high-quality player experience

We hope that you have

• Strong knowledge of C#

• Solid commercial experience with Unity

• Experience developing and maintaining complex gameplay systems

• Good understanding of software architecture and design principles

• Ability to independently design technical solutions and work with incomplete requirements

• Experience optimizing games for mobile platforms

• Experience developing client-server applications

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work

Nice to have:

• Experience working on 4X strategy games or other midcore mobile games

• Understanding of multiplayer game architecture and backend services

• Experience with large-scale live games

• Interest in game infrastructure and development processes beyond client-side tasks
