User Acquisition Manager (Meta)

We are looking for a Middle+ User Acquisition Manager (Meta) to own and scale our Meta acquisition channel.

This role is for someone who enjoys working with large budgets, constantly testing new hypotheses, and making data-driven decisions. You'll have significant ownership over the direction, working closely with analytics, creative, product, and engineering teams to drive sustainable business growth.

We're looking for a proactive person who doesn't wait for tasks but identifies opportunities, initiates improvements, and takes responsibility for results.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

• Experience managing $500K+ monthly budgets.

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, etc.).

• Ability to independently identify growth opportunities and propose solutions.

• Experience collaborating with analytics, creative, and product teams.

• Strong experience with web funnels acquisition strategies.

• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude and Tableau.

• English level: Intermediate or higher.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, scale, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta advertising campaigns.

• Drive performance across key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, Spend, CTR, and more.

• Generate, prioritize, and test new acquisition hypotheses.

• Collaborate with PMMs and the creative team to improve ad performance.

• Work closely with analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve reporting.

• Initiate process improvements and automation ideas.

• Analyze competitors and market trends.

• Share learnings and recommendations with the team.

Bonus Points

• Experience with platforms like Applovin, Snap, TikTok or others.

• Experience with mobile app user acquisition campaigns.
