User Acquisition Manager
As a User Acquisition Manager, your primary mission will be to manage the implementation of diverse user acquisition strategies across multiple channels for the top-level mobile app developers and publishers. Your role is not just management; it's a strategic journey, charting the course for unparalleled success in the competitive landscape of user acquisition.
SplitMetrics Agency works closely with SplitMetrics products which provide us with a wealth of unique knowledge and insights that can't be found in the public domain. This includes benchmarks, trends, A/B tests, and more, giving us a competitive edge.
In this role you will:
Work with major ad networks for mobile apps: Apple Ads – main source, also Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Google Ads, Unity.
Make a full analysis of ad accounts' structure, settings and performance.
Set up accounts from scratch (turn-key setup) using best practices.
Perform daily and weekly actions to support account performance and to meet the given KPIs. Includes bid optimization, keywords optimization, conversion optimization etc.
Develop weekly and monthly reports.
Work on creatives.
Writing guidelines and additional materials for customer education.

KPIs:
Client Retention Rate – 85%+ year-over-year.
Client Portfolio Growth – Manage and grow a portfolio of 4–6 clients simultaneously.
Campaign Performance Metrics – Improve client CPI, CPA, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
UVP: Helping multiple clients accelerate marketing success by optimizing campaigns, increasing ROI, and building high-impact strategies that drive sustainable business growth.
About you:
2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition for mobile apps or games.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
Upper Intermediate or Advanced English level.
