Growth Manager
We’re hiring a Growth Manager to drive initiatives from idea to impact.
You’ll own the process of testing, proving, and scaling new growth levers — building funnels, launching verticals, and making decisions grounded in real metrics.

🚀 Your Goals:
Increase the number of leads and purchases
Improve conversion rates across our existing funnel (especially from free trial classes to paid customers)
Launch and validate new product directions and unlock new channels
Run more high-quality growth experiments, end-to-end, every month
👾 Your Job:
Build and run a structured process for generating, testing, and scaling growth hypotheses across Asia and Latin America
Own A/B testing across pages, creatives, user flows, and offers – design tests, analyze results, and act fast
Improve the current funnel and build new ones from scratch for new user segments or product offerings
Lead go-to-market efforts for new product verticals and markets, from research to first paying users
Explore and grow new channels: partner marketing, CPA networks, affiliates, etc
Create and manage high-converting marketing assets: landing pages, ads (esp. video), CRM content
Run audience research to deeply understand motivations, objections, and messaging opportunities for new customers acquisition
💜 Requirements:
4+ years in growth/product marketing/performance marketing roles
Comfortable with vibe coding tools for building product prototypes and simple web development.
Experience owning and analyzing A/B tests end-to-end (including test design, metrics, impact analysis, and follow-up experiments)
Strong background in building new funnels and go-to-market strategies from zero
Confidence working with numbers: unit economics, conversion rates, CAC/ROI, etc.
Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing channels (FB, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Clear understanding of acquisition funnels (incl. sales flow) and how to improve them
Experience managing people and cross-functional workstreams
Would be an advantage:
Background producing or managing: landing pages, creatives (especially video), CRM flows, translations
Extra kudos if you can launch campaigns solo on major ad platforms
Experience setting up repeatable workflows in marketing or growth teams
Experience leveraging SEO as a scalable acquisition channel
