Junior PR Manager
We're looking for a Junior PR Manager / PR Coordinator who will support the wider team with PR efforts globally. Reporting to the PR Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating materials for PR news releases, developing content, and engaging with third-party agency vendors. This role involves collaboration with the wider PR team, as well as internal Marketing and Design functions.
This role involves supporting multiple regional PR managers overseeing Europe & North America, APAC, and LATAM, Middle East & Africa. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain broader exposure to global PR operations and develop strong foundations in execution, coordination, and reporting, while gradually taking on more ownership of regional agency relationships across selected markets.
What You Will Be Doing:
PR Support & Execution
Monitoring breaking news, flagging media opportunities, and drafting first versions of commentary under guidance from senior team members.
Own and maintain core PR documentation, trackers, and content libraries to ensure information is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible across the team.
Assist in developing press release content and pitch materials for product launches, client and partner announcements, and ad-hoc projects across the global team.
Write and pitch bylines and reactive commentary to media outlets.
Prepare, organize, and store briefing materials for spokespeople.
Monitor global news across key industries to stay informed about ongoing trends and initiatives concerning the company.
Support the regional PR managers with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Media Relations
Develop and maintain a network of industry journalists across business, crypto, fintech, iGaming, finance, and more.
Support securing media attendance and engagement at offline industry conferences and company-hosted events.
Continuously monitor media coverage and produce media reports for the PR team.
Support timely sharing of coverage and media wins internally with relevant stakeholders.
Content Creation & Planning
Plan and draft PR-focused materials tailored to specific products and audiences.
Collaborate with design teams on the development of infographics and visual assets to complement PR efforts.
Work with the social media team where necessary to support drafting copy to amplify PR announcements.
Support the team in maintaining a content calendar and ensuring all PR materials are aligned with brand messaging and timelines.
Administrative Support
Support the preparation of PR presentations and updates for internal stakeholders, including regional teams and quarterly meetups.
Assist with PR reporting and analysis, including Share of Voice (SoV) tracking, competitor monitoring, and internal dashboards.
Support PR Managers in overseeing regional agencies, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and strategic goals.
Collaborate with internal Marketing, Design, and other teams to support PR campaigns, launches, and ad-hoc projects.
Support regional PR managers in meeting timelines, KPIs, and delivery for global and regional PR initiatives.
About You:
1–3 years of experience in public relations in the B2B sector, preferably with a focus on product releases, corporate announcements, byline creation, and securing media coverage.
Established network of media contacts and experience handling press distribution organically or via newswire services.
Experience with media monitoring tools for data analysis and internal reporting.
Strong writing skills with the ability to draft compelling PR materials.
Comfortable working across multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
English speaking, with additional language preferred.
Eager to learn from a senior PR team and progress into a more autonomous role over time.
