We’re looking for a Twitter / X Community Manager to build and grow the Twitter presence of an AI-powered creator monetization platform within Tribute.

One of the product’s key verticals is adult creators — and Twitter / X is one of the most important platforms for reaching them. For us, it’s more than a social channel: it’s a place to build the brand, connect with creators, grow a community, and drive creator acquisition.

The account is still at an early stage, which means there’s no established playbook to inherit. You’ll help shape it from the ground up — defining the content approach, building the voice, testing growth mechanics, and figuring out what gets the right audience to engage.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Twitter beyond publishing posts. You understand how conversations move, what makes content travel, how communities form, and when it makes sense to jump into a thread or start a conversation in DMs.

The role is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with a high level of ownership and room to experiment.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Twitter / X account end-to-end, across content, community, and growth.

• Develop the content strategy and turn it into a consistent publishing rhythm.

• Write sharp, platform-native posts and adapt quickly to what’s happening on Twitter.

• Create visual content independently using the AI and creative tools available to the team, or work with our designer on more complex concepts and prepare clear creative briefs.

• Build an active presence beyond our own feed: join conversations, reply, comment, engage with relevant accounts, and participate in the creator community.

• Identify relevant creators, build relationships, and proactively start conversations through DMs and other touchpoints.

• Spot trends, memes, conversations, and cultural moments worth acting on — and move quickly when there’s an opportunity.

• Experiment with content formats and Twitter-specific growth mechanics rather than relying on a fixed playbook.

• Track engagement and account performance, understand what drives results, and continuously refine the approach.

• Help turn Twitter / X into a meaningful creator acquisition channel, not just a brand account.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media, community management, content, or a similar role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Twitter/X. 

• Experience independently managing and growing a Twitter/X account, from content planning and publishing to community engagement.

• A strong understanding of Twitter culture, algorithms, discovery mechanics, trends, memes, and platform-specific nuances.

• Excellent written English and the ability to write content that feels natural to the platform rather than generic or corporate.

• Strong instincts for internet culture and an understanding of what makes people engage, reply, share, and join a conversation.

• Confidence communicating directly with creators, influencers, and online communities, including through DMs.

• Experience working with designers and translating ideas into clear creative briefs.

• A proactive, experimental mindset: you’re comfortable testing ideas, learning quickly, and taking ownership of results.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision.

• Comfortable working directly with an adult-focused product and adult content creators.

• Experience in the adult industry or creator economy is a strong plus; experience in AI, Web3, SaaS, or subscription products is also relevant.

• Knowledge of Twitter-specific growth mechanics — including discovery, account restrictions, shadow bans, and other platform nuances — is a strong advantage.

• Experience creating content independently with AI or other creative tools is a plus.
