Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Treasury & Expense Management Sales product domain. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and sales operations.

You will drive the development and optimisation of inbound/outbound sales tooling and processes for banking and treasury products, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Your Mission

• Own the discovery and formalisation of business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications

• Partner closely with Sales teams to optimise outbound flows, CRM logic, segmentation, automation, setting KPIs, and performance tracking

• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and measurable success criteria

• Act as a bridge between business and engineering, ensuring alignment between commercial needs and technical implementation

• Design and validate system logic, integrations, and product configurations related to banking and treasury offerings

• Support system testing, UAT, and validation to ensure high-quality delivery

• Drive post-launch monitoring, iteration, and continuous improvement

• Work with product metrics and analytics to improve conversion, funnel efficiency, and revenue impact

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar hybrid role

• Experience in financial services, digital banking, investment companies, or treasury products is highly preferred

• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to structure complex business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Hands-on experience with SQL or Python

• Experience working with AI-powered tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to enhance analysis, documentation, prototyping, or technical validation

• Ability to read, create, and interpret UML diagrams (sequence diagrams in particular)

• Solid understanding of system design and integrations

• Basic understanding of project management principles

• Strong understanding of product metrics and funnel analytics; hands-on experience with Amplitude is a plus

• Advanced in English and Russian, German as a plus
