Tech Lead (Full-Stack JS)

We are looking for a Tech Lead (Full-Stack JavaScript Developer) to lead the development of cutting-edge iGaming products, specifically in the area of online slots and gaming platforms.

Responsibilities:
 • Lead the development team, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality features and systems;
 • Design and develop scalable and maintainable applications in the iGaming sector (specifically slot games);
 • Make strategic architectural decisions to optimize performance and scalability;
 • Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions;
 • Mentor junior developers and resolve conflicts within the team when necessary;
 • Integrate and manage external services and APIs, ensuring seamless product functionality;
 • Oversee code quality, establish best practices, and ensure adherence to modern development methodologies.

Requirements:
 • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams;
 • 5+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript;
 • Proven experience in iGaming development, particularly in slot games;
 • Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js on the backend and React/Vue.js on the frontend;
 • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL for designing and managing relational databases;
 • Proficiency in building RESTful, GraphQL APIs, and real-time systems;
 • Experience with Pixi.js for game development;
 • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration;
 • Experience with high-load services and developing scalable systems;
 • Experience with version control systems like Git and Git Flow;
 • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools such as Docker;
 • Good experience in writing and managing Unit, Functional, and E2E tests;
 • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Will be a plus:

• Previous work experience in iGaming or gambling platforms;

• Experience with Fastify or Express frameworks;

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Redis and MongoDB;

• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka;

• Prior experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment;

• Experience with ClickHouse for high-performance analytics;

• Experience working with AI-driven products or tools;

• Interest in AI technologies and their practical use.
