Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

We’re looking for an SRE to support and improve the availability and resilience of mission-critical trading systems.

About the company:

• An international fintech company developing a platform for working with global markets.

• The company builds high-load real-time systems that connect to exchanges and ensure trading operations with minimal latency.

• The focus is on infrastructure reliability, process automation, and modern open-source technologies.

• Engineering hubs are located in Europe and the Middle East.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure stability and availability of production services

• Set up monitoring, on-call rotations, and incident response

• Debug and classify issues, automate processes

• Develop observability metrics and analytics

We’re looking for:

• 5–10 years of experience in SRE or infrastructure roles

• Proven experience in large-scale tech companies (BigTech required)

• Hands-on experience with OSS tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, etc.)

• Strong Unix/Linux knowledge

• Programming skills (Python or Go)

• Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields

• Willingness to dive into a new domain

• English level B2+
