SMM Manager (LinkedIn, B2B)

About the position:

We are looking for a talented and highly creative Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to join our dynamic team and take our social media presence to the next level. As our SMM Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. In this role, you will create and scale content specifically for a global B2B audience, targeting eCommerce founders, executives, and marketing decision-makers. You will be a key player in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation by creating compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Conduct photo and video shoots and edit the footage into polished content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives for various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others
• Write captions and copy that carry the brand voice across every post
• Own the KPIs for your channels – engagement, reach, and audience growth – and know where you stand against them
• Connect social activity to real business outcomes: track which content and campaigns actually drive quality traffic and leads, not just likes
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media content with overall marketing goals and branding guidelines
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and emerging social media tools to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and video/photo production
• Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools
• Hands-on experience managing multiple LinkedIn profiles or company pages in parallel
• Experience setting and tracking social media KPIs, and connecting social performance to broader business or marketing goals
• Skilled at using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs to brainstorm ideas and speed up copywriting
• Familiar with, or willing to learn, SMM-specific AI tools (Buffer AI, Later, native platform AI features)
• A strong portfolio showcasing examples of past social strategies or campaigns and the results they drove
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with English proficiency at B2 or higher
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance
