Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions that is reinventing the way humans authenticate and verify their identities online to power a world of digital trust.
Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.
We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
Incode is a Series B unicorn rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security. Recently named a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we’re scaling fast—and we need a product-marketing leader who can turn breakthrough technology into a category-defining narrative.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Incode, you will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for a core product area. You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and the market — translating breakthrough AI and identity technology into stories that win deals, shift perception, and accelerate pipeline. You will report to the Head of Product Marketing and partner daily with Product, Demand Gen, and Sales to move the needle on adoption and revenue.
Positioning & Messaging — Craft sharp, differentiated narratives for your product area that cut through a crowded market and give buyers a reason to choose Incode.
Go-to-Market Execution — Own launch plans end-to-end: work cross-functionally to coordinate timing, assets, enablement, and measurement for every product release in your domain.
Content that Converts — Produce high-impact assets — solution briefs, web copy, demo scripts, customer stories, pitch decks — that move prospects from awareness to close.
Product Enablement — Partner with Sales and CS to deliver trainings and playbooks that sharpen the field's ability to communicate Incode's value at every stage of the funnel.
Voice of Customer — Run win/loss interviews, synthesize buyer insights, and channel findings back into messaging refinement and product roadmap conversations.
Performance & Iteration — Track KPIs for launches, win rates, and content usage — and use data to continuously improve what's working.
Master Storyteller — You make complex AI and security concepts feel urgent, human, and impossible to ignore.
Bias for Execution — You don't just build the strategy; you ship the assets, run the enablement, and close the loop on results.
Data-Fluent — You let buyer data and win/loss patterns sharpen your messaging, not just validate your instincts.
Cross-Functional Glue — You build credibility with Product, Sales, and Design — and translate between their languages without friction.
Relentlessly Curious — You track emerging tech, regulatory shifts, and competitive moves, then turn change into messaging advantage.
Hungry & Humble — You thrive in ambiguity, own your mistakes, and bring energy to a team that moves fast and ships often.
5–8 years in product marketing or a closely related discipline in high-growth B2B SaaS, security, fintech, or identity.
Proven track record of taking a product or feature from concept to launch — owning messaging, assets, and enablement end-to-end.
Experience partnering with Sales and Product to influence positioning and pipeline outcomes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — equally comfortable writing a one-pager and presenting to a room of sellers.
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field (or equivalent experience).
Greenfield ownership — your fingerprints on a product area that's growing fast in a category with regulatory tailwinds behind it.
Category-defining product — Gartner Magic Quadrant leader with customers like Citi, Block, and Airbnb trusting us to power their identity verification.
Competitive comp + equity — base, variable, and equity in a late-stage growth company at an inflection point.
Collaborative, mission-driven culture — shipped at scale across three continents, with a team that takes the work seriously and the hierarchy lightly.
Direct access to leadership — no bureaucracy between you and the people making decisions.
