Our web platform and mobile apps reach 4 million users each month, supported by an established paid acquisition engine.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of communications around the product and help make LogicLike more visible and recognizable among parents, partners, and the wider education community.
We already have a strong product and a multi-million-user audience. Now, we want to strengthen how we communicate the value of LogicLike through our owned channels, content, creators, partnerships, reputation, and external initiatives.
The focus of this role is not performance marketing or user acquisition. We need a marketer who can bring different communication channels together into a coherent system that strengthens trust in the product, organic visibility, referrals, and subscription renewals.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute LogicLike’s communications strategy across owned and external channels.
Shape key messages and tone of voice, helping parents better understand the product’s value and benefits.
Improve communications across key user touchpoints, including content, social media, landing pages, email, push notifications, and reviews.
Develop organic content and collaborative projects with creators, experts, partners, and relevant communities.
Strengthen the brand’s external visibility and reputation through PR, partnerships, reviews, and special projects.
Personally launch and test initial initiatives, then turn successful approaches into repeatable processes.
Set priorities and connect communications activities to measurable outcomes such as organic growth, engagement, trust, referrals, and subscription renewals.
Work closely with the founders, product, marketing, and support teams, as well as external partners.
What we’re looking for
4+ years of experience in marketing communications, content, or organic marketing for a B2C digital product.
Experience independently developing and executing a communications strategy.
Practical experience across several communication channels, such as content and social media, email and push communications, creators, partnerships, PR, or reputation management. You should be able to bring these channels together under one coherent strategy rather than focus on a single narrow area.
Recent hands-on experience: you have personally created or edited materials, developed briefs, launched channels, worked directly with creators or partners, and measured results.
Willingness to work without a large team at the initial stage and personally launch the first initiatives.
Ability to use data, explain your decisions clearly, and set priorities.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Fluent Russian, as it is the team’s main working language.
Nice to have
Experience with mobile subscription products or another self-serve consumer product where users independently decide to purchase and renew.
Experience in kids, family, parenting, or another product category where trust and long-term value are especially important.
Experience working across international markets.
What we offer
The opportunity to work on an international product across different markets and cultural contexts.
Direct collaboration with C-level executives and the opportunity to influence product and business decisions.
A distributed, Russian-speaking team and a fully remote working format.
A formal employment contract.
Working hours: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. UTC+3.
If this role sounds like a good fit for you, we’d love to hear from you. Please send us your CV.
